Because of the likeness with the climate of London the erst while British officers made it their summer resort and affectionately labeled it “little London”

Coorg district in the state of Karnataka is also known as Kodagu which means “dense forest on steep hill”. So Coorg is set amidst imposing mountains of Western Ghat mountain ranges and is dotted with teak forests and beautiful valleys

Mahabaleswar is one of the most popular hill stations in west India. Both Mahabeleswar and Panchgani (another popular destination 5 km away) make a great combination as a summer retreat.
